How it works
Add the questions your customers actually ask AI assistants as tracked prompts. Every week, Citevera runs each prompt against ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini on our API keys - nothing for you to configure, no keys to bring, no per-call markup. Perplexity is not currently a monitored engine.
The quote rule
A mention counts only when the answer contains a verbatim span naming your brand or domain - the exact quote is stored and shown next to every mention, so you can audit each data point yourself. No quote, no mention. Accounts without monitoring active show "not yet active", never an unmeasured zero.
Allowances
Tracked prompts per plan: Starter 10, Growth 25, Agency 100 - all weekly. Beyond the allowance, extra prompts bill at $1.00 per prompt per month. Full plan detail on pricing.
Reading the results
The monitoring dashboard shows mention rate per engine over time, each prompt with its latest answers, and the verbatim quotes behind every counted mention.
