How the badge stays honest

Can I keep the badge if my score drops on a re-scan?
The badge renders from the specific scan your embed references, with its date. If a newer scan scored lower, your old badge keeps truthfully saying what was measured and when - and its date makes its age visible. Pointing your embed at the newer scan is your call; we never rewrite history in either direction.
