Plans
Free (one audited site, free forever), a $99 one-time audit, and three subscriptions: Starter $49/mo, Growth $129/mo, Agency $399/mo - every paid plan includes weekly citation monitoring. Annual billing is 10x monthly (two months free). Current detail always on pricing.
The one-time audit credit
Start any subscription within 30 days of a $99 one-time audit and the full amount is credited against your first month. The credit and the refund are alternatives: a credited audit cannot also be refunded, and a refunded one carries no credit.
Refunds
14-day refund window on any paid tier. Email support@citevera.com from your checkout address with a short reason; we process it through Freemius, our merchant of record (which also handles EU VAT invoices automatically).
Overages
Beyond your plan's allowances: extra tracked prompts $1.00/prompt/month, extra on-demand audits $5.00 each, extra sites $10.00/site/month. Overages are capped - usage cannot silently run away.
